I liked that all of the staff members were very welcoming and gave great hospitality. They were able to accommodate to my request for a late check out time. I checked into the hotel the night after my apartment burned down. I’ve also been on medical leave for multitude of health issues the past few weeks as well. Things haven’t been in my favor lately. As I was checking out, I was having a conversation briefly to the hotel staff member at the desk. He asked, “How my stay was?” And “What was the purpose of my stay?” I felt comfortable enough to open up to him about my situation. He showed empathy and ensured me that they will take care of me if I return soon. I wish I got the names of the staff members that were courteous. The great hospitality the staff has showed to me made me feel less stress and anxious just knowing I had a safe place to stay out for 3 nights. Small gestures of hospitality go along way. I will recommend to visiting friends and family and I will return in the near future. Thank you, Jennifer

The breakfast options were great. I had the buffet on day one - which had quite a variety of things to choose from including pastries, cereals and fruit. I ordered the eggs Benedict on the second day which was tasty. I highly recommend going early for breakfast so the food is still hot or ordering from the menu if you want your breakfast freshly prepared.
